Mural Contest!
Do you have art work that you want displayed for everyone to see? Think the walls of HHS are too bare? Now is your chance to fill in that empty space next to your favorite class with an original piece of art!
Rules: You cannot simply take an image you found online and submit it as your own art, however, highly altered/photoshopped images are okay. If you have any specific questions regarding what we will accept, please message Vanessa Hallison in-world.
Images should be of good quality and at least 800 x 600 in size to avoid having a pixelated, low quality mural.
The theme/subject of your mural is totally up to you - however it must be school appropriate.
To submit a mural, upload it as a texture in-world, make sure that it is copy/mod/transfer, put the texture in a note card, and drop the notecard into the mailbox outside of Ms. Hallison's office!! Please make sure that your username is included in the notecard.
Submissions will be accepted until Sunday March 13th, and then students will choose a winner! The winner's mural will be displayed in the halls of Hallison High School!
NEW! Work-Study Program!
Hallison High School is now offering an alternative to paying monthly tuition!
All you need to do is clock in at the time clock located in the main office, and clock out when you're done. Once you've accumulated a total of 15 hours clocked in, you'll get a free month of tuition!
What do I do while I'm clocked in? While you're clocked in, all you need to do is hang out at the front desk, greet people, and help anyone that may be interested in enrolling or applying for a job! We understand that this may get boring after a while if there aren't any visitors, which is why up to three students can be clocked in at the same time!
If you're interested in participating in the Work-Study program, please request an informational note card from Vanessa Hallison - this note card will include answers to commonly asked questions and further necessary information.
